2012	Aksh Optifibre Ltd merged with Aksh Technologies Ltd. The Company applied for an extension to convene the Annual General Meeting for the financial year 2011-12.
2014	The Board recommended a Final Dividend of 5%. Aksh Optifibre won a $33M order for an Indian rural broadband project.

Aksh Optifibre Reports Wider Losses in Q1 FY26 Amid Revenue Decline and Banking Disputes

Aksh Optifibre Limited reported quarterly results for the period ended June 30, 2025, showing deteriorating financial performance. Standalone revenue from operations declined to Rs 2,691.30 lakhs from Rs 4,097.60 lakhs in the same quarter last year.
