Alfa Ica (India) Limited Announces Leadership Changes with Re-appointments of Rishi and Pooja Tikmani

Alfa Ica (India) Limited's Board of Directors approved the re-appointment and designation changes for two key executives during a board meeting on August 23, 2025. Mr. Rishi Tikmani will transition from Whole Time Director to Managing Director, while Ms. Pooja Tikmani will move from Women Executive Director to Women Joint Managing Director. Both appointments are for three-year terms from October 1, 2025 to September 30, 2028, subject to shareholder approval at the 34th Annual General Meeting scheduled for September 27, 2025. Mr. Rishi Tikmani, aged 43, holds an MBA in International Business & Policy from University of Westminster and has over twenty years of experience in production and marketing, having been with the company since 2006. Ms. Pooja Tikmani, also aged 43, oversees product purchase, design selection, environmental matters, and customer satisfaction while supervising Purchase, Corporate Communications, and Customer Relationship Management departments. The two executives are siblings.

ALFA ICA (India) Limited reported total income of Rs. 1,979.57 lakhs and net profit of Rs. 49.72 lakhs for the first quarter ended June 30, 2025. The company showed improvement compared to the same quarter last year, with total income increasing from Rs. 1,951.51 lakhs to Rs. 1,979.57 lakhs and net profit rising from Rs. 42.12 lakhs to Rs. 49.72 lakhs. Earnings per share stood at Rs. 1.23 with equity share capital of Rs. 404.00 lakhs. The Board of Directors approved the unaudited financial results on August 8, 2025, and the results were published in newspapers on August 9, 2025.
