Alkosign Limited Reports 39.45 Lakh Profit in Half-Year Results for September 2025

Alkosign Limited announced its unaudited standalone and consolidated financial results for the half-year ended September 30, 2025. The company reported a profit of 39.45 lakh for the period, with revenue from operations at 2,363.18 lakh. The Board of Directors approved the results at their meeting held on November 13, 2025. The company operates through two business segments - Board Division and Luggage Division. Cash and cash equivalents decreased significantly to 12.70 lakh from 328.89 lakh in the previous period. Trade receivables increased to 1,792.85 lakh from 1,194.18 lakh. The results were reviewed by the Audit Committee and received an unmodified opinion from statutory auditors K.S. Shah Company.
