1995

  • Allied Digital Services Private Limited was incorporated.
  • Allied Digital purchased M/s. Digital Data Services, a Partnership firm owned by Mrs. Pragna N. Shah and Mr. Prakash D. Shah, on 1st April 1995, as a going concern.
  • The Company entered into Multimedia and Graphics by tying up with Compaq Computers & Creative Multimedia.

1996

  • The Company tied up with DELL as their Authorised Distributors.
  • The Company acquired the most prestigious contract of maintenance of Air India's Travel Agent Network for 5 continuous years.
  • The Company set up 11 Test & repair Centers across the country to cater to the DPSP operations of HP, IBM.
  • The Company opened 18 more offices countrywide to cater to the Air India project.

1997

  • The Company tied up with Microsoft for their entire product suite.
  • The Company became a member of the Microsoft Assurance Circle, OEM Builder Partner, and Solution Provider.

1998

  • The Company was rated as one of the TOP 3 TPM Houses of India.

1999

  • The Company tied up with Hewlett Packard for their entire product suite.
  • The Company was accredited with ISO 9001:2000 certification for its products & services.
  • The Company was appointed as DPSP for HP products countrywide.

2000

  • The Company executed the Solaries support project for Psi-Net to support their Infrastructure at UK, the first outsourced overseas contract.
  • The Company executed this project on behalf of NIIT as their exclusive Support Partners.

2001

  • The Company tied up with IBM for their entire product suite.
  • The Company received the Distinguished Partner Award for Unix by HP.

2002

  • The Company tied up with Media Gate for their Unified Messaging Solutions to cater to Allied's initiative on the Telecom front.
  • The Company executed the entire BSNL, UMS project for GSM & Tata Tel Services for CDMA project countrywide.

2003

  • The Company tied up with Apple Computers as an exclusive NSP countrywide.
  • The Company formed Alam Digital, Yemen, to cater to Middle East Opportunities.
  • The Company joined hands with IBM Global & HP services for their outsourcing projects.

2004

  • The Company was appointed as an exclusive Authorised Support Partner for Unisys to manage Dell support & CISCO, Nortel, Blue Arc etc.
  • The Company executed a countrywide contract from GAIL for a complete end-to-end Server Farm solution.
  • The Company became a member of the Microsoft Assurance Circle.
  • The Company executed Asia's largest Wireless Infrastructure Project at Reliance Information.
  • The Company formed a Joint Venture with CNT International, Sri Lanka, to form Allied CNT to focus on Security Solutions from Checkpoint, Stonegate, Websense.
  • The Company adapted to ITIL standards to offer Best Practices to Allied's FMS customers & planned for 6 Sigma.
  • The Company was appointed as a Bronze Partner for Norted Networks.

2005

  • The Company decided to focus on 5 initiatives, i.e., Services, Storage, Networking, Integrated Solutions, Security.
  • The Company was awarded the CRN Gold Trophy for 3 of those initiatives.
  • The Company formed a new subsidiary Company called iWeb Technology Solutions Pvt. Ltd.

2006

  • The Company was converted from private Limited to Public Limited, called Allied Digital Services Ltd.
  • The Company set up a Security Operation Center in India.
  • The Company tied up with Ericom, an Israel-based Software Company, for on-demand access Solutions.

2007

  • The Company tied up with Echelon to foray into Intelligent Building Management and Energy Management Solutions.
  • The Company set up a Network Operation Centre & Security Operation Centre.
  • The Company reached 132 direct locations across India.
  • The Registered Office of the Company was shifted from 375, JSS Road to 3rd Floor, Kimmatrai Building, Mumbai.

2008

  • Allied Digital received the Company of the Year 2008 Award.
  • Allied Digital acquired US-based EnPointe Global Services LLC for USD 30 Million.
  • The Company bagged the contract for Implementation & Management of Toll Collection & Traffic Control Solution from GMR Projects Pvt Ltd.
  • The Company incorporated a Wholly Owned Subsidiary in the State of Delaware, USA, by the name Allied Digital Inc.

2009

  • Allied Digital acquired En Pointe Technologies India Pvt Ltd.
  • Allied Digital was awarded the CRN Xcellence Award for BEST MANAGED SERVICES PROVIDER '09.
  • The Company announced the launch of Cloud Computing Management and Security Services.

2010

  • Allied Digital bagged 4 Awards at the Channel Excellence Awards function.
  • Intel Capital made a strategic investment in Allied Digital Services.
  • Allied Digital announced the rebranding of En Pointe Global Services to Allied Digital Services LLC.
  • The Registered Office of the Company was shifted from 3rd Floor, Kimatrai Building to 2nd Floor, Kimatrai Building, Mumbai.

2011

  • Allied Digital and Singapore-based e-Cop joined hands to provide Managed Security Services to enterprises in 20 countries.
  • The Registered office of the Company was changed from 3rd Floor to 2nd Floor, Kimatrai Building, Mumbai.
  • The CMD of Allied Digital received the APEA 2011 Outstanding Entrepreneurship Award.
  • The Company recommended a final dividend of 0.50 paise per equity share of Rs 5/- each.

2012

  • The Company initiated its Bring Your Own Device strategy.
  • The Company launched ADiCube Services & Solutions.
  • The Company started operations in the UK.
  • The Company recommended declaring a final dividend of 5% per equity share of INR 5/- each.
  • The Company received the Maharashtra Information Technology Award 2012.

2013

  • Allied Digital Services Limited won the Closed Circuit Surveillance project for PMC and PCMC areas.
