Company History

1994

  • ALLIANZ SECURITIES LTD was incorporated on 28th June as ALLIANZ SHARE AND STOCK BROKERS LTD.
  • The Company got the Certificate of Commencement of Business on 29th July.

1995

  • The Company changed its name to ALLIANZ SECURITIES LTD on 17th January.
  • The Company became a Subsidiary of ALLIANZ CAPITAL & MANAGEMENT SERVICES LTD on 07-01-1995.
  • The Company changed its registered office from Ekant House, 3 Panchkuian Road, New Delhi to C-2 Green Park Extension, New Delhi on September 12.
  • The OTC Exchange of India gave the membership to Allianz Securities Limited on 1st June.

2007

  • Mr. Amar Singh Anand was appointed as an Additional Director of the Company.
  • The Company name was changed from Allianz Securities Ltd to Almondz Global Securities Ltd.

2008

  • Mr. Qais M Al-Yousef and Mr. Krishna Kumar Gupta were appointed as Additional Directors of the Company.

2010

  • Mr. Shiv Karan Singh was appointed as an Additional Director of the Company.

2011

  • The Board recommended a Final Dividend of 7%.

2012

  • Mr. Ajay Pratap was appointed as the Company Secretary and Compliance Officer of the Company.

2020

  • The Company approved the Scheme of Amalgamation of its wholly owned subsidiary company, Almondz Global Infra-Consultant Limited, with Almondz Global Securities Limited.

2023

  • Commercial production started from the enhanced capacity of the Ethanol Plant of 200 KLPD at Plot No-1, Sansarpur Terrace, Industrial Area, Phase-III, District-Kangra, Himachal Pradesh.

2024

  • The Company has split its face value from Rs. 6 to Rs. 1.
