1987
- The Company was incorporated as a Private Limited Company.
- The company was provided technical support in their initial endeavour by Alphageo Incorporated, a company based in Houston, Texas in the United States of America.
- Alphageo Inc. imparted specialised training to the company's crew with regard to conducting advanced geo-seismic surveys in difficult terrains.
- Alphageo Inc. USA also participated in the initial equity of the company to the extend of Rs. 24 lacs.
1989
- The company was converted into a Public Limited Company.
1994
- The Company was the pioneer in the field of Seismic Surveys in the Private Sector.
- The Company has been awarded a Contract by Oil India Limited for conducting 2D Seismic Data Acquisition in the states of U.P. and Bihar.
- The Company inform that the public issue of 17,70,700 No. of Equity Shares of Rs.10/- each at a Premium of Rs.20/- per share aggregating to Rs.531 lakhs.
- The Company is also evaluating the prospects for entering the International arena to render Seismic Survey Services.
1995
- The Company was the first Indian Company which mobilised and commenced seismic surveys on contract to the petroleum industry in India.
- The company had placed 5,63,000 shares on private basis with TDICI, Mutual Funds and Promoters at a premium.
2000
- The Company has made preferential offer of 10,00,000 shares of Rs. 10/- each at a premium to FIIs, NRIs, MFs, Domestic companies etc. through private placement.
