Amanaya Ventures Reports Half-Year Financial Results with Export Sales to UAE

Amanaya Ventures Limited released its standalone unaudited financial results for the half year ended September 30, 2025. The company reported total income of Rs. 14.74 crores and profit after tax of Rs. 16.97 lakhs. Revenue from operations included export sales proceeds of Rs. 19.91 lakhs from gold ornaments exports to the UAE under the CEPA free trade agreement. The company's trade receivables include Rs. 19.91 lakhs due from Rawaat AL Dewan Gold Jewellery Trading LLC, Dubai, which is 100% owned by CFO and Whole Time Director Mr. Manan Mahajan, and Rs. 34.81 lakhs from Amanaya Precious Metals LLP, a promoter group entity. The company is engaged in trading of gold, silver and Jadau jewellery. The Board of Directors meeting was held on November 10, 2025, and the results were approved after review by the Audit Committee.
