Year	History
1988	Amit Exports (India) and Minal Exports, profit-making partnership firms, were established.
1994	Amit International Ltd. was incorporated as a Public Limited company on February 18th. The Company obtained a certificate of commencement of business on February 23rd. Amit International Ltd. took over the partnership firms of Amit Exports (India) and Minal Exports on September 30th.
2005	Amit International tied up with Yiwu Zhonghai Department of China for exports of Hosiery. Amit International issued a bonus in the ratio of 1:2.
