Anjani Foods Reconstitutes Board Committees with New Leadership Structure

Anjani Foods Limited has reconstituted three key board committees effective August 12, 2025. The Audit Committee will be chaired by P S Ranganath (Independent Director), with S V S Shetty (Independent Director) and R Ravichandran (Wholetime Director) as members. The Nomination and Remuneration Committee will be led by Sibi Venkata Raju (Independent Director), alongside K V Vishnu Raju (Non-Executive Director) and P S Raju (Independent Director). The Stakeholders Relationship Committee will be headed by K V Vishnu Raju (Non-Executive Director), with S V S Shetty and Sibi Venkata Raju as members. The changes were approved by the Board of Directors and communicated to BSE.

Anjani Foods Limited has submitted its unaudited standalone and consolidated financial results for the quarter ended June 30, 2025. The company also provided a limited review report from its statutory auditors, M/s. Anandam & Co., Chartered Accountants. The board meeting to approve these results commenced at 10:30 AM and concluded at 2:15 PM on August 12, 2025. The submission was made by Mohammed Ibrahim Pasha, Company Secretary and Compliance Officer.
