Anjani Synthetics Shareholders Approve Director Appointments and Secretarial Auditor Selection at 41st AGM

Anjani Synthetics Limited shareholders approved three key resolutions at their 41st Annual General Meeting held on September 25, 2025. The company re-appointed Mr. Vasudev Subhkaran Agarwal as Executive Director, who brings over three decades of experience in textile process operations with focus on customer centricity and profitable growth. Shareholders also regularized the appointment of Ms. Ghumelia Abhilasha as Non-Executive Independent Director. Additionally, M/s. Shah & Shah Associates, a peer-reviewed firm of Company Secretaries with over 25 years of experience serving more than 15 listed companies, was appointed as Secretarial Auditors for the financial year 2025-26. The Board had previously recommended these appointments on August 29, 2025, based on recommendations from the Nomination and Remuneration Committee and Audit Committee.

Anjani Synthetics Reports 73% Jump in Quarterly Profit to ₹91.69 Crore

Anjani Synthetics Limited reported a profit of ₹91.69 crore for the quarter ended June 30, 2025, compared to ₹53.03 crore in the same quarter last year. Revenue from operations increased to ₹6,136.04 crore from ₹4,404.21 crore year-over-year. Total expenses rose to ₹6,019.49 crore from ₹4,336.58 crore. The company's earnings per share improved to ₹0.62 from ₹0.36 in the corresponding previous quarter. The textile company's board approved these unaudited financial results at a meeting held on August 12, 2025.
