ANS Industries Limited reported a net loss of Rs 18.49 lakhs for the quarter ended June 30, 2025, compared to a loss of Rs 28.81 lakhs in the same period last year. The company generated no revenue from operations and recorded total income of Rs 0.76 lakhs from other sources including rental income, agricultural income and bank interest. Total expenses stood at Rs 19.24 lakhs. The Board appointed Mrs. Sapna Garg as Additional Independent Director for five years and Mr. Amit Kumar Jha as Additional Non-Executive Director until the next AGM. Ms. Shatakshi Vashistha resigned from her position as Independent Director. The company scheduled its 31st Annual General Meeting for September 29, 2025, with book closure from September 23-29, 2025. The Board also approved the appointment of Anuj Gupta and Associates as Secretarial Auditors for five years and reconstituted various committees.
