Company History
1983
- The company was originally incorporated as utility builders (India) Pvt. Ltd. on 29th December.
1985
- The company was converted into a public limited company on 16th July.
1992
- The company name was changed to Ansal Buildwell Ltd. effective from 24th November.
- A new multistoried residential project 'Casa Ansal' having a turnover of Rs 15 crores was launched in Bangalore.
- Two projects, Ansal Gardens and Garden Mausoon II, were launched.
1995
- 17,50,000 equity shares of Rs 10 each were subscribed and paid up.
- 26,25,000 Rights equity shares were issued at a premium of Rs 10 per share.
