Company History

1983

  • The company was originally incorporated as utility builders (India) Pvt. Ltd. on 29th December.

1985

  • The company was converted into a public limited company on 16th July.

1992

  • The company name was changed to Ansal Buildwell Ltd. effective from 24th November.
  • A new multistoried residential project 'Casa Ansal' having a turnover of Rs 15 crores was launched in Bangalore.
  • Two projects, Ansal Gardens and Garden Mausoon II, were launched.

1995

  • 17,50,000 equity shares of Rs 10 each were subscribed and paid up.
  • 26,25,000 Rights equity shares were issued at a premium of Rs 10 per share.
  • 32,08,350 equity shares were issued at a premium of Rs 12.50 per share through the prospectus.

1997

  • Possession of over 150 built-up units was offered to buyers at ADHARSHILA and ANANDVATIKA.

2003

  • The Board approved delisting of its shares from Delhi, Ahmedabad, Jaipur, and UP Stock Exchanges.

2008

2009

  • Ansal Buildwell recommended a dividend at the rate of 12% on equity shares.
