1991

  • The Company was incorporated on 16th May under the name and style of Vantage Financial Consultancy Services Pvt. Ltd.

1992

  • The Company applied to the Securities & Exchange Board of India for registration as Category I Registrar and Transfer Agent under the Securities & Exchange Board of India Regulations, 1993 vide application dated 27th August.
  • The Company's name was changed to Vantage Financial Services Ltd. and converted into public limited company with effect from 30th October.

1993

  • The company has been accredited with the status of Category IV Merchant Banker by Securities & Exchange Board of India with effect from 16th March.
  • The Company applied to the Securities & Exchange Board of India for registration as Category I Registrar and Transfer Agent under the Securities & Exchange Board of India Regulations, 1993 vide application dated 12th August.

2009

  • Mr. Kirtan Shah has been appointed as director of the Company with effect from April 01, 2009.

2010

  • The company have signed an agreement with two of Mumbai's most prestigious colleges K.P.B. Hinduja College of Commerce and S. K. Somaiya College of Arts, Science & Commerce.

2013

  • The company has Demerge the Education Business Service Undertaking of Vantage Corporate Services Limited to Vantage Education Academy Limited.

2018

  • Company name has changed to Anupam Finserv Ltd. from Vantage Corporate Services Ltd.

2021

  • The Company has splits its face value from Rs. 10/- to Rs. 1

2022

  • The Company has issued Bonus Shares in the Ratio of 1:10.

2024

  • The company issued rights shares of Rs. 1 in the ratio of 1:1 at a premium of Rs. 0.75 per share.
  • The Company Board of Directors approved the terms of the Rights Issue.
