Anuroop Packaging Reports Quarterly Results, Proposes Name Change to Shivanshi Industries Limited

Anuroop Packaging Limited approved unaudited standalone and consolidated financial results for the quarter ended June 30, 2025. The company reported standalone revenue from operations of Rs 86.02 lakhs compared to Rs 96.27 lakhs in the same quarter last year. Net profit after tax was Rs 7.02 lakhs versus Rs 6.24 lakhs in the previous year quarter. On a consolidated basis, revenue from operations was Rs 320.09 lakhs compared to Rs 319.46 lakhs in the corresponding quarter. Consolidated net profit after tax increased to Rs 72.05 lakhs from Rs 33.05 lakhs year-on-year. The board approved a proposal to change the company name from 'Anuroop Packaging Limited' to 'Shivanshi Industries Limited' subject to shareholder and regulatory approvals. The company also approved raising loans up to Rs 50 crore with an option to convert into equity shares. The board recommended re-appointment of Mrs. Shweta Akash Sharma as director and appointment of M/s. Banka & Banka as statutory auditors for five consecutive years. The 30th Annual General Meeting is scheduled for September 12, 2025.
