1986

  • Apcotex Financial Services Ltd became a subsidiary of the Company.

2005

  • The Company changed its name from Apcotex Lattices Ltd to Apcotex Industries Ltd.

2010

  • Apcotex Industries Limited appointed Shri Abhiraj Choksey as the Managing Director.
  • Shri Sanjay Kumar Lahiri was appointed as Whole-time Director and CEO.

2011

  • Apcotex Industries Ltd - Taloja achieved an 'EXCELLENT' grade in the Telos Safety Rating System.

2012

  • Apcotex was awarded the Total Productive Maintenance Excellence Award.
  • Apcotex Industries recommended a dividend of Rs. 8 per share.

2013

  • Apcotex Industries recommended a dividend of Rs. 9 per share.
  • Apcotex Industries split its face value from Rs. 10 to Rs. 5.

2014

  • Apcotex Industries recommended a dividend of Rs. 5 per share.

2015

  • The Company allotted bonus shares to its shareholders in the ratio of 1:1.

2016

  • Apcotex made a synergistic bolt-on acquisition in Emulsion Polymers.
  • Apcotex acquired a 100% stake in Omnova Solutions India Pvt Ltd.

2019

  • The Company has split its face value from Rs. 5 to Rs. 2.
