1992	The company was incorporated as a Private Limited Company in the name and style of Arcee Pipes Private Limited. The company started commercial operations at Hisar in September for the manufacturing of Rigid PVC Pipes with an installed capacity of 1550 TPA.
1993	The company was converted into a Public Limited Company on 14th January. The company raised its installed capacity to 5976 TPA in October.
1994	The company changed its name to Arcee Industries Limited on 28th November. The company raised its installed capacity to 7250 TPA in November. The company came out with a public issue of 29,80,000 Equity Shares in March.
2021	The company started commercial production of Black steel tubes and pipes on 14th January.
