2009

2012
- Launched first project in Bengaluru
- Entered into MoU for our premium low rise golf centric villa township project named Uplands in western Ahmedabad
2014

2015
- Demerged from Arvind Limited pursuant to Scheme of Demerger
- The Company has shifted Registered Office from Arvind Mills Premises, Naroda Road, Ahmedabad to 24, Government Servant's Society, Near Municipal Market, off. C.G. Road, Navrangpura, Ahmedabad

- Company has been changed from Arvind Infrastructure Ltd. to Arvind SmartSpaces Ltd. and symbol be changed from ARVINFRA to ARVSMART.
