Ascensive Educare Limited reported revenue from operations of ₹2,722.62 lakhs for the half-year ended September 30, 2025, compared to ₹1,247.44 lakhs in the same period last year, with profit from continuing operations rising to ₹225.72 lakhs from ₹61.91 lakhs. The skill development training services company also completed a share subdivision from ₹10 face value to ₹1 face value, with earnings per share at ₹0.49 for the period.

Ascensive Educare Secures INR 13.48 Crore Training Contract Under Mission Shakti Scheme

Ascensive Educare Limited has been awarded a work order from Tourism & Hospitality Skill Council to provide training to 6,016 candidates under the Mission Shakti Scheme. The contract will generate total revenue of INR 13,48,38,720, with THSC retaining 1% (INR 5,30,611.20) as administrative and monitoring charges. The work order is valid until March 31, 2027, and focuses on skill development training in facility management to promote entrepreneurship among Self Help Groups. This is a domestic contract and does not involve any related party transactions or promoter group interests.
