Ashirwad Capital Limited's Board of Directors approved unaudited financial results for the quarter ended June 30, 2025. The company reported revenue from operations of Rs 2.42 lacs compared to Rs 3.65 lacs in the previous quarter and Rs 41.7 lacs in the same quarter last year. Net profit for the quarter was Rs 2.25 lacs, down from Rs 6.90 lacs in the previous quarter but improved from a loss of Rs 2.34 lacs in the corresponding quarter of the previous year. The Board also appointed M/s. M.M. Dubey & Co. as Internal Auditor and M/s. Sandeep Dar & Co. as Secretarial Auditor for FY 2025-26. Basic and diluted earnings per share stood at Rs 0.04 for the quarter.
