Ashram Online.com Limited's board approved unaudited financial results showing a net loss of Rs 5.27 lakhs for the quarter ended September 30, 2025, compared to a loss of Rs 4.57 lakhs in the previous year's corresponding period. The company's cash and cash equivalents increased significantly to Rs 134.14 lakhs from Rs 25.58 lakhs at the beginning of the year, while borrowings rose to Rs 443.68 lakhs from Rs 19.20 lakhs.

Ashram Online.com Limited reported a net loss of ₹4.40 lakhs for the quarter ended June 30, 2025, compared to a loss of ₹1.10 lakhs in the previous quarter. Revenue from operations declined 10.1% quarter-on-quarter to ₹10.05 lakhs, though it increased 31.4% year-on-year. Other income dropped significantly by 51.3% to ₹5.07 lakhs. Total expenses rose marginally to ₹21.77 lakhs. The company's reserves excluding revaluation reserves stand at negative ₹56.19 lakhs, indicating accumulated losses. Purchase of stock-in-trade remained the largest expense at ₹9.60 lakhs. The Board of Directors approved these unaudited standalone financial results during their meeting held on August 11, 2025. Darpan & Associates conducted the limited review and found no material misstatements in the financial results.
