  • The name of the Company was changed to Nucleus Securities Limited
  • The entire undertakings of Nucleus Financial Services Private Limited were transferred to NUCLEUS SECURITIES LIMITED

1994

  • Mr. Asit C. Mehta was appointed the Chairman
  • Certified copy of the orders of the courts were filed regarding the amalgamation of Nucleus Financial Services Private Limited
  • The Company's leased assets were valued at Rs. 120 lakhs as on March 31

1995

  • The Company received permission to act as a Category I Merchant Bankers from SEBI
  • The Company was registered with Reserve Bank of India as a Non-Banking Finance Company
  • The main objects of the Company were amended and incorporated in the Memorandum of Association
  • The Company filed a certified copy of the order of the Company Law Board with the Registrar of Companies

2004

  • Nucleus Securities Ltd has decided to close down the Money Changing operations at 8 branches

2006

  • Nucleus Netsoft & GIS India Ltd has appointed M/s Intime Spectrum Registry Ltd as the new RTA
  • Company has changed its name from Nucleus Securities Ltd. to Nucleus Netsoft & GIS India Ltd.

2007

2008

  • Company name has been changed from Nucleus Netsoft & GIS India Ltd to Asit C Mehta Financial Services Ltd

2010

  • The Company has recommended dividend of 5%

2023

  • The company issued rights shares of Rs. 10 in the ratio of 133:200 at a premium of Rs. 127.45 per share.
