2019	Manufacturing activities commenced at the manufacturing facility, ASK-12. The Company entered into the composite scheme of amalgamation and demerger, acquiring manufacturing facilities ASK-16 and ASK-17.
2021	The wholly-owned Subsidiary, ASK Automobiles Private Limited, was incorporated.
