1998

  • The Company entered into the FlowGuard CPVC Processor Agreement with B.F. Goodrich Co., USA.
  • The Company launched CPVC in the Indian market.
  • The Company commenced production of FlowGuard CPVC products.

1999

  • The Company entered into the Technology License Agreement with B.F. Goodrich Co., USA.

2001

  • The Company commenced manufacturing of CPVC fittings.

2002

  • The Company set up branch offices at Delhi and Mumbai and a sales depot at Bangalore.
  • The Company expanded its manufacturing facilities at Santej, Gujarat.

2003

  • The Company received ISO 9001: 2000 Certification.
  • The Company commenced manufacturing of lead-free PVC piping systems in India.

2004

  • The Company commenced export sales.
  • The Company revalued land and plant and machinery.
  • The Company introduced a new product range in lead-free PVC pressure pipes and fittings.

2005

  • The Company set up its second manufacturing facility at Baddi, Himachal Pradesh.

2006

  • The Company received an award from Noveon for crossing the mark of 1,000 M.T. CPVC consumption.
  • The Company entered into the BlazeMaster Processor Agreement with Noveon.
  • The Company received an award from Noveon for being nominated as their first licensees for all their brands.
  • The Company converted to a public limited company.

2008

  • Astral Poly Technik Ltd entered into a Joint Venture Agreement with Kenya-based Group.

2009

  • Astral Poly Board declared an Interim Dividend at 10%.

2010

  • The Company split its face value of shares from Rs 10 to Rs 5.

2012

  • Astral Poly Reappointed Mr. Sandeep Engineer as the Managing Director of the Company.
  • Astral Poly Technik received the Power Brands Rising Stars India 2012 Award.

2013

  • Astral Poly Technik inducted a new joint venture partner, Ramco Group, Kenya in M/s Astral Technologies Ltd, Kenya.
  • Astral Poly Technik was awarded Inc. India Innovative 100-for the year 2013 for smart innovation by Small & Mid-Sized Companies in India.
  • Astral was awarded Business Standard Star SME of the year-2013.
  • Astral Poly Technik split its face value from Rs 5/- to 2/-.

2014

  • Astral Poly Technik Ltd acquired a controlling stake of 80% in UK-based Seal It Services Ltd.
  • Astral Poly Technik received a grant of licence by BIS for the Company's product Blaze Master CPVC Pipes for Fire Sprinkler System.
  • Astral Poly Technik was awarded a trophy for being a finalist in Top 15 out of 350 nominees for the EY Entrepreneur of the year Award, 2013.
  • Astral commenced commercial production and sale at its new manufacturing facility at Hosur, Tamilnadu.
  • Astral Poly Technik Ltd acquired a 76% stake in Resinova Chemie Ltd.
  • Astral Poly Technik split its face value from Rs 2/- to 1/-.

2016

  • Astral Poly Technik updated on purchase of land in Rajasthan.
  • Astral Poly Technik's subsidiary opened business in U.S.
  • ASTRAL PIPES launched a new CPVC plumbing brand.
  • Astral Poly Technik joined hands with Japan-based Sekisui Chemical Company to source Chlorinated Poly Vinyl Chloride resin.

2018

  • Astral Poly Technik Limited acquired 51% equity shares of Rex Polyextrusion Pvt Ltd and its amalgamation with the Company.
  • Rex Polyextrustion became an Astral Group company.

2019

  • Astral Pipes joined hands with Prabhas starrer Saaho.

2021

  • The Company approved bonus at the ratio of 1 : 3.
  • The Company changed its name from Astral Poly Technik Limited to Astral Limited.
  • The Company entered the faucets and sanitaryware segment in India.
  • Long-term bank facilities were upgraded to CRISIL AA/Stable from CRISIL AA-/Positive.

2022

  • Astral ropes in film star Allu Arjun to strengthen southern markets.

2023

  • The Company issued Bonus Shares in the Ratio of 1:3.
  • The Company started commercial production of Adhesives Division at Dahej Plant.
  • The Company started commercial production of Plastic Water Storage Tank and PVC Pipes at Guwahati Plant.

2024
