Athena Global Technologies Reports Widening Losses and Enters Major Lease Agreement

Athena Global Technologies posted a standalone net loss of Rs 649.34 lakhs for the half-year ended September 30, 2025, compared to Rs 717.66 lakhs loss in the previous period, while consolidated loss reached Rs 1,071.05 lakhs. The company entered into a 99-year lease agreement with Centaurus SPAV Ventures LLP for Rs 85.87 crores upfront premium for 1,25,048 square feet of office space.

Athena Global Technologies Approves Q1 FY2026 Results and Converts 650,000 Warrants to Equity

Athena Global Technologies Limited's Board of Directors approved standalone and consolidated unaudited financial results for the quarter ended June 30, 2025. The company also converted 650,000 share warrants into equity shares at Rs. 87 per share (including premium of Rs. 77) for Mr. Karthikeya Manchala, who was originally allotted these warrants on February 12, 2024. The consolidated results include subsidiaries Medley Medical Solutions Private Limited, Tutoroot Technologies Private Limited, and Athena Inc. One subsidiary reported revenue of Rs. 45.43 lakhs with a net loss of Rs. 10.96 lakhs, another subsidiary showed nil revenue with a net loss of Rs. 82.62 lakhs, and a third subsidiary recorded revenue of Rs. 197.48 lakhs with a net loss of Rs. 100.86 lakhs. The company raised Rs. 5.65 crore through preferential warrant issuance, receiving Rs. 1.41 crore upfront, with funds allocated for long-term capital requirements, working capital needs, debt reduction, and general corporate purposes.

Athena Global Technologies Clarifies Company Secretary Resignation After BSE Inquiry

Athena Global Technologies Limited provided clarification to BSE regarding the resignation of Ms. Divya Agrawal as Company Secretary and Compliance Officer. The company had previously announced her resignation but inadvertently failed to attach the resignation letter with the initial disclosure. Ms. Divya Agrawal resigned on June 16, 2025, to pursue career opportunities outside the company. Her resignation was effective from the close of business hours on June 16, 2025. The resignation letter will be placed before the Board of Directors for formal consideration and acceptance. The Board expressed appreciation for her valuable services during her tenure.
