1986
- The Company was originally incorporated as a Private Limited Company under the Companies Act, 1956, in the State of Maharashtra.
1992
- The Registered Office of the Company was transferred to Dist.Rajkot, Gujarat.
- The Company has set up its present plant at village Shapar, Dist. Rajkot with a financial assistance from GSFC.
- Commercial production was started in July.
1994
- The Name of the Company was changed from Atul Auto (Jamnagar) Pvt. Ltd. to Atul Auto Pvt. Ltd.
- The Company was subsequently converted into Public Limited Company and fresh certificate of incorporation was obtained from the Registrar of the Companies, Gujarat.
2004
- Atul Auto Ltd has recommended a final dividend at 10%.
2005
- Atul Auto Limited launched its three-wheeler models using CNG and LPG as fuel.
2006
- Atul Auto Ltd has recommended a final dividend at 10% on paid up share capital.
2007
- Company has been selected at position No 7 among India first SMB (Small & Medium Business) TOP 500 Awards & Conclave by the INDUSTRY 2.0.
2008
- Atul Auto Ltd has recommended final dividend of 5%.

- Company has launched its new series of three wheeler Rickshaw under the brandname 'ATUL GEM' with two variants.

- Atul Auto Ltd has acquired stake in Scooters India.
2011
- Atul Auto - A new tie up with Atul Autos Bangladesh Ltd, Uttara, Bangladesh.
- Atul Auto Ltd Issues Rights in the Ratio of 1:4.
2012
- Atul Auto Ltd received CNBC Award.
- Company has entered into a Long Term Supply Agreement with Greaves Cotton Limited for supply of diesel engines for Company's three wheelers.
