Auro Laboratories Appoints New Statutory Auditors and Reappoints Independent Director

Auro Laboratories Ltd's Board approved the resignation of M/s Kothari Jain & Associates as Statutory Auditors effective August 23, 2025, citing pre-occupation with other personal and professional commitments. The auditors confirmed no concerns or disputes with the company. The Board appointed M/s B.L. Dasharda & Associates as replacement auditors to fill the casual vacancy from August 24, 2025, and for a five-year term from the 36th AGM to 41st AGM, subject to shareholder approval.
