Azad India Mobility Reports Quarterly Results with Revenue Growth and Profit Turnaround

Azad India Mobility Limited announced its quarterly results for the quarter ended September 30, 2025. The company reported net sales of Rs. 1,980.66 lakhs compared to Rs. 769.45 lakhs in the previous quarter, marking significant revenue growth. The company turned profitable with a net profit of Rs. 24.39 lakhs for the current quarter versus a loss of Rs. 4.33 lakhs in the corresponding previous period. For the half-year period, total income reached Rs. 2,790.65 lakhs with a net profit of Rs. 30.29 lakhs. The company is engaged in manufacturing EV luxury buses and related activities. Earnings per share stood at Rs. 0.04 for the quarter. The results were reviewed by the audit committee and approved by the Board of Directors. The company's equity share capital increased to Rs. 5,444.32 lakhs from Rs. 3,517.56 lakhs, and reserves and surplus grew to Rs. 7,390.91 lakhs from Rs. 1,844.20 lakhs.
