B.N. Rathi Securities Reports 64% Drop in Quarterly Profit, Allots 2.5 Lakh Shares Under ESOP

B.N. Rathi Securities Limited reported a standalone profit of Rs 262.58 lakhs for the quarter ended September 30, 2025, down from Rs 381.49 lakhs in the same period last year. Total income decreased to Rs 1,469.60 lakhs from Rs 1,699.20 lakhs year-on-year. The company's equity brokerage income fell to Rs 972.78 lakhs from Rs 1,073.31 lakhs. On a consolidated basis, profit for the quarter was Rs 234.36 lakhs compared to Rs 398.52 lakhs in the previous year. The Board approved allotment of 2,50,000 equity shares of Rs 5 each to eligible employees under the BNRSL-ESOP Scheme 2022 at an exercise price of Rs 10 per share. The company's wholly-owned subsidiary B.N. Rathi Comtrade Private Limited registered a loss of Rs 31.75 lakhs for the half-year period.

B.N. Rathi Securities Reports 48% Jump in Quarterly Profit to ₹160.77 Lakhs

B.N. Rathi Securities Limited reported a standalone net profit of ₹160.77 lakhs for the quarter ended June 30, 2025, compared to ₹108.87 lakhs in the previous quarter. Revenue from operations increased to ₹1,139.08 lakhs from ₹883.88 lakhs quarter-on-quarter. On a consolidated basis, the company posted a net profit of ₹145.22 lakhs versus ₹37.14 lakhs in the previous quarter. The company's wholly-owned subsidiary B.N. Rathi Comtrade Private Limited registered a profit before tax of ₹1.97 lakhs, while partially-owned subsidiary B-Fly Asset Manager LLP reported a profit before tax of ₹0.26 lakhs. Basic earnings per share stood at ₹0.39 on a standalone basis and ₹0.35 on a consolidated basis. The results were approved by the Board of Directors and reviewed by statutory auditors M/s M Anandam & Co.
