The company operates in Paper Sacks and Flexible Laminates segments, with Paper Sacks revenue declining 2.8% while Flexible Laminates grew 8.4%. EBITDA fell 49.6% to Rs 2.88 crore, with margins contracting from 15.7% to 8.3%. The profitability decline was driven by higher raw material costs (up 7.9%) and increased employee expenses (up 15.6%). Both business segments experienced profit declines despite the revenue performance differences. The company maintains total assets of Rs 115.19 crore with total liabilities of Rs 28.36 crore.
