2005	The company split its face value of shares from Rs 10 to Re 1.
2007	The company allotted 210,19,200 fully paid-up bonus equity shares of Rs 1 each in the ratio of 2:5. The authorized share capital was increased from Rs 6 crore to Rs 25 crore.
