The Baroda Rayon Corporation Limited shareholders approved the reappointment of two directors at their 65th Annual General Meeting held on September 27, 2025. Mr. Damodarbhai Patel was reappointed as Managing Director for a three-year term from December 12, 2025 to December 11, 2028. Mr. Viral Bhavani was reappointed as Whole Time Director for three years from October 1, 2025 to September 30, 2028. Mr. Patel, a commerce graduate with LLB, has been on the board since 2008 and brings over 40 years of business experience across wood, real estate, and textile industries. Mr. Bhavani, a commerce graduate with MBA, has served on the board since 2020 and has over 15 years of experience in real estate and textile business. The two directors have a family relationship, with Mr. Bhavani being Mr. Patel's son.
