1995
- The company was converted into a Public Limited company.
1996
- The company was renamed as Bartronics India Limited.
2000
- The ownership of the company changed hands when the Reddy family agreed to buy out the company.
- IDBI Venture Fund infused fresh capital into the company in the form of debt and equity.
2002
- The company received ISO accreditation from Det Norske Veritas.
2003
- Bartronics in pact with emBiosys.
- Bartronics India Limited launched Radio Frequency Identification Devices in the city.
- Intermec Technologies Corp awarded the company with Intermec Global Medallion Partner Award.
2005
- Bartronics India Ltd priced its shares at the band of Rs 63 to Rs 75 per share.
2007
- Bartronics India Ltd has appointed Shri Y R Rao as an Additional Director on to the Board of Directors of the Company.
2009
- Registered Office of the Company has been shifted from #5-9-22/B/404, My Home Sarovar, 4th Floor, Secretariat Road, Hyderabad to #5-9-22/B/503 5th Floor, My Home Sarovar, Secretariat Road, Saifabad, Hyderabad.
2010
- Registered Office of the Company has been shifted To Survey Number 351, Raj Bollaram Village, Medchal Mandal, Ranga Reddy District.
- The Company has been awarded a SMART CARD based Financial Inclusion project by five associate Banks of State Bank of India.
- The company has been assigned the job of opening at least 1,000 of the 2,000 citizen service kiosks for the New Delhi Municipal Corporation.
2011
- The Board recommended a dividend of Rs. 1/- per equity share.
2012
- Bartronics India Limited's subsidiary Bartronics Asia Pte Ltd acquired 51 per cent stake in Systems America, Inc.
