Basant AgroTech Reports 12% Decline in Quarterly Revenue to Rs 105.83 Crore

Basant AgroTech (India) Limited reported revenue from operations of Rs 105.83 crore for the quarter ended September 30, 2025, compared to Rs 176.41 crore in the same quarter last year. Net profit for the quarter declined to Rs 98.42 lakh from Rs 252.19 lakh year-on-year. For the half-year period, revenue decreased to Rs 282.24 crore from Rs 249.19 crore, while net profit increased to Rs 350.61 lakh from Rs 262.93 lakh. The company operates across four segments: Fertiliser (Rs 75.57 crore revenue), Seeds (Rs 15.07 crore), LABSA (Rs 17.97 crore), and Others (Rs 3.16 crore). Earnings per share for the quarter stood at Rs 0.11 compared to Rs 0.28 in the previous year. The Board of Directors approved these unaudited financial results in their meeting held on November 10, 2025.
