BASF India Conducts Postal Ballot for Director Appointment

BASF India Limited is conducting a postal ballot through remote e-voting from December 1-30, 2025, to seek shareholder approval for appointing Andrew George Postlethwaite as Non-Executive Non-Independent Director effective December 1, 2025.
