B.C. Power Controls Approves Divestment of Wholly Owned Subsidiary Proxima Industries

B.C. Power Controls Limited has approved the complete divestment of its wholly owned subsidiary, Proxima Industries Private Limited, for Rs. 10 lakh. The transaction will be executed on or before September 30, 2025, with company directors Chander Shekhar Jain and Nitin Aggarwal acquiring 50% equity shares each. Proxima Industries contributed 4.24% to the combined net worth but had zero turnover contribution. The subsidiary was not considered material, eliminating the need for shareholder approval. Additionally, the Board approved unaudited standalone and consolidated financial results for the quarter ended June 30, 2025. The trading window closure will end 48 hours after results publication on August 7, 2025.
