2002

2003

  • Secured first EPC contract for 120 MW gas-based combined cycle power plant in Karuppur, Tamil Nadu in April.
  • Built and supplied debris filter for nuclear power plant in Taiwan in June.
  • Entered JV agreements with MECON Limited for NHAI projects in September 2002 and April.
  • Supplied deaerator for 500 MW nuclear power station in March.

2004

  • Secured first order for electrical installations for 132 MW hydropower plant in November.
  • Entered arrangement with Qingdao Jieneng Power Station Engineering and Sichuan Chuanghua Boiler for boilers in November.
  • First supplied debris filter for hydro plant at Saramah, Malaysia in October.
  • Entered arrangement with gas turbine manufacturer for independent EPC contracting for power projects in July.
  • Secured order for treating textile effluents with V-SEP technology in May.
  • Air fin coolers business increased capacity by 50% in May.
  • Supplied equipment for offshore projects to ONGC in April.

2006

2008

  • Received engineering, procurement, construction order from Tamil Nadu Electricity Board.
  • Signed collaboration with Termomeccanica, Italy.

2009

  • Bagged Rs 27 crore contract from NPCIL.
  • Secured 2x500 MW Marwa Thermal Power Project BoP contract for Rs 1633 crores.
  • Bagged contract for Total Water System.

2010

  • Entered license and technology transfer agreement with Nooter/Eriksen, USA.
  • Bagged Rs 100 crore order from PGCIL for fibre optic cabling.
  • Signed JV agreements with Hitachi Ltd Japan and Hitachi Power Europe GmbH Germany for supercritical steam turbine generator and boilers.

2011

  • Received order for supercritical BoP 2x660 MW.
  • Electrical projects secured Rs 444.48 crore contract from NPCIL.

2012

  • Won 660 MW NTPC boiler contract for supercritical boilers.
  • Awarded contract for supply of 2x660 MW supercritical boilers from NTPC.
  • Signed MoU with Government of Tamil Nadu.
  • Awarded contract for supply of 2x800 MW steam turbine and generators for NTPC Lara STPP.

2013

  • Signed BoP contract with OPGC for 2x660 MW Super Thermal Power Project.
  • Won first overseas EPC contract valued at USD 246 million.
