Bhagawati Oxygen Limited reported a net loss of Rs 3.27 crores for the quarter ended June 30, 2025, compared to a net loss of Rs 19.52 crores in the same quarter last year. Total income increased to Rs 42.21 crores from Rs 34.38 crores year-on-year, with revenue from operations at Rs 14.60 crores and other income at Rs 27.61 crores. Total expenses decreased to Rs 44.97 crores from Rs 63.64 crores in the previous year. The company operates in two segments - Gases and Power. The gas segment reported a loss before tax and interest of Rs 15.20 crores, while the power segment showed a profit of Rs 14.07 crores. Earnings per share stood at negative Rs 0.14. The company's gas plant remains closed following the expiry of its supply contract with Hindustan Copper Ltd in October 2021, with ongoing arbitration proceedings for dues recovery.
