1989

  • BHAGERIA DYE - CHEM LIMITED was originally incorporated as a Private Limited Company under the name BHAGERIA CHEM PRIVATE LIMITED.

1991

  • The Company started the commercial production of Vinyl Sulphone.

1993

  • The Company was converted into a Public Limited Company and the name was changed to Bhageria Dye - Chem Limited.

2004

  • Securities of the Company have been delisted from Jaipur Stock Exchange.

2006

  • Board recommends dividend of 10%.

2008

  • E-mail ID for Investors Complaints has been set up.

2009

  • Company has recommended Dividend of Rs 0.60 for each equity share.

2010

  • Company has recommended Dividend @ 12%.

2011

  • Bhageria Dye-Chem has recommends a dividend of Rs. 1.20 per share.

2012

  • Mr. Rohit Pandey has been appointed as new Compliance Officer of the Company.

2013

  • Company has recommended a tax free dividend of 8%.

2014

  • Bhageria Dye-Chem has recommended an additional special tax free dividend of 25%.
  • Mrs. Chandraprabha Bhageria has been appointed as additional Director of the Company.

2015

  • The Company has changed its name from Bhageria Dye-Chem Ltd to Bhageria Industries Ltd.

2016

  • Bhageria Industries has won 30MW Solar Power Project from Solar Energy Corporation of India.

2017

  • Commissioned 30MW solar plant.

2018

  • Amalgamation of Nipur Chemicals Ltd. with the Company.
  • Highest ever dividend paid (110% of face value).

2019

  • The Company has issued Bonus Shares in the Ratio of 1:1.

2021

  • Completion of acquisition of 51% Equity Shares of Bhageria and Jajodia Pharmaceuticals Private Limited.
  • The Company has acquired Land admeasuring 13,957 Sq. m. from Maharashtra Industrial Development Corporation (MIDC), Tarapur.

2022

  • The Company has successfully commissioned 9.50 MW Solar Power Projects at Village Kombhalne, Tal Akole, Dist. Ahmednagar.

2023

  • Bhageria Industries wins solar EPC project worth Rs 104.5 crore in Bahrain.

2025

  • Bhageria Industries Limited commences commercial production of New Product Plasticizers & Ethoxylates.
