Bharat Agri Fert & Realty Ltd reported a net loss of Rs 33.85 lakh for the quarter ended June 30, 2025, compared to a loss of Rs 5 lakh in the same period last year. Revenue from operations remained flat at Rs 556.02 lakh versus Rs 555.38 lakh year-over-year. The company's fertilizer segment showed capacity utilization below 10% and incurred significant losses. However, the resort segment generated profits of Rs 62.01 lakh. The company received qualified audit opinion due to unprovided Rs 10.35 crore in overdue trade receivables and lack of impairment study for fertilizer segment assets. The Department of Fertilizers increased SSP subsidy by Rs 2,142 per MT effective April 1, 2025. The company secured additional construction loan of Rs 15 crore and has ongoing legal disputes worth Rs 1.49 crore. The 40th Annual General Meeting is scheduled for September 29, 2025.
