Pegasus Engineering & Commercial Corporation Private Limited. The order is to be executed within December 2025 and involves supply manufacturing of protective gears, rain coats, jackets, and various watercraft equipment.

Billwin Industries Appoints Rakesh Gurnomal Rohera as Independent Director

Billwin Industries Limited's Board of Directors approved the appointment of Mr. Rakesh Gurnomal Rohera as an Additional Director, designated as Non-Executive Independent Director, for a five-year term effective August 12, 2025. The appointment is subject to shareholder approval and was made based on the Nomination and Remuneration Committee's recommendation. Rohera is a Chartered Accountant with over 30 years of experience in internal audits, financial planning, budgeting, cost optimization, and risk management across multinational businesses. He previously served as Head of Finance at Eurostar Group of Companies, India, and as Assistant Vice President at Hinduja Group Limited. Rohera is not related to the company's promoters or promoter group and meets independence criteria under the Companies Act, 2013.
