Bloom Industries Approves Q2 2025 Results, Appoints New Auditors and Scrutinizer

Bloom Industries Limited's Board approved unaudited financial results for the quarter ended June 30, 2025. The company reported revenue from operations of Rs 554.61 lakhs compared to Rs 756.09 lakhs in the same quarter last year and Rs 411.15 lakhs in the previous quarter. Profit for the period was Rs 13.34 lakhs, up from Rs 8.03 lakhs in the previous quarter but down from Rs 18.22 lakhs in the corresponding quarter last year. Earnings per share stood at Rs 0.20. The Board also appointed M/s Gopinath Nayak & Associates as Secretarial Auditor for five consecutive financial years (FY 2025-26 to 2029-30), subject to shareholder approval. Dr. S.K.
