1997

  • Sri Kashi Prasad Khandelwal resigned as Director.
  • Sri Abhay Nath Keshari was appointed as additional Director.

2000

  • The Company's board approved the issue of bonus shares.
  • The Company issued equity shares on a preferential basis.
  • The Company changed its name from Blue Chip India Ltd to Allied Technologies Ltd.
  • Sri Abhay Nath Keshari resigned as Director.

2001

  • The board approved the allotment of bonus shares.

2002

  • The company sub-divided existing equity shares of Rs.10/- each into 5 equity shares of Rs.2/- each.
  • Mr. Shiv Kumar Lakkar was appointed as Company Secretary and Compliance Officer.
  • The board approved the allotment of sub-divided equity shares.

  • Mr. Jitendra Tiwari was appointed as Company Secretary and Compliance Officer.

  • The Company appointed Mr. Niraj Prakash Khetan as Managing Director.
