The company's total income decreased to Rs. 570.22 lakhs from Rs. 2,888.68 lakhs in the prior quarter. For the half-year period, the company achieved a net profit of Rs. 1,901.11 lakhs. The Board also appointed Ms. Anshika Pal as Company Secretary and Compliance Officer effective November 1, 2025. Ms. Pal is an Associate member of the Institute of Company Secretaries of India with experience in secretarial and listing compliances. The company's total assets stood at Rs. 54,548.92 lakhs as of September 30, 2025, with investments comprising the major portion at Rs. 53,739.95 lakhs.
