- Merger of Brigade Developers Private Limited and Brigade Investments and Projects Private Limited into the Company.
- The High Court of Karnataka passed an order dated August 23, 2002, for the merger.
2003
- The Company was re-certified for ISO 9001:2000.

- Brigade Constructions Private Limited merged with the Company with effect from April 1, 2004.
2005
- Merger of Brigade Constructions Private Limited with the Company.

2006
- Completion of Brigade Millennium, an integrated lifestyle enclave in Bangalore.
2007
- The status of the Company was changed to a public limited company by a special resolution of the members passed at an annual general meeting held on June 20, 2007.
- The fresh certificate of incorporation consequent on change of name was granted to the Company on July 20, 2007 by the Registrar of Companies, Karnataka.

- The Board of Directors of Brigade Enterprises Ltd co-opted Dr. Anumolu Ramakrishna as Additional Director on the Board of the Company.
