Bright Brothers Limited Reports Q1 FY2026 Financial Results with Profit Growth

Bright Brothers Limited announced its unaudited financial results for the quarter ended June 30, 2025. Standalone profit for the period was Rs 291.58 lakhs, while consolidated profit reached Rs 317.02 lakhs. The company's earnings per share on a standalone basis was Rs 5.13 (basic) and Rs 5.13 (diluted), with consolidated EPS at Rs 5.58 (basic) and Rs 5.58 (diluted). The paid-up equity share capital remained at Rs 568.02 lakhs with a face value of Rs 10 per share. The results were approved by the Board of Directors and reviewed by the Audit Committee. The company operates in manufacturing of plastic moulded parts as a single business segment.

The company has made its Annual Report for FY 2024-25 available and set August 18, 2025, as the record date for dividend eligibility. The Board has recommended a dividend of 25% (₹2.50 per equity share of ₹10 each) for FY 2024-25, involving a cash outflow of ₹142 lakhs. E-voting will be available from August 22-24, 2025.
