Likhite was appointed as the new Company Secretary and Compliance Officer. Paul had served the company since March 2011 in various capacities. The company also approved its unaudited financial results for the quarter and half year ended September 30, 2025. The board meeting was held on November 12, 2025, with the new appointment effective from November 13, 2025. Likhite brings over 25 years of experience in company secretarial functions and statutory compliance for listed entities.

Caprihans India Reports Revenue Decline and Net Loss Despite Year-over-Year Improvement

Caprihans India Limited reported quarterly results showing revenue from operations declined 2.2% to Rs 177.85 crores. The company posted a net loss of Rs 13.56 crores, though this was an improvement from the Rs 17.61 crores loss in the same quarter last year. EBITDA loss was Rs 12.33 crores compared to Rs 18.43 crores loss in the previous year. Earnings per share improved to Rs (9.27) from Rs (13.41). The company operates in plastic polymers processing and pharma packaging solutions. The balance sheet shows negative reserves of Rs 140.17 crores and paid-up equity capital of Rs 14.62 crores. Finance costs remained high at Rs 19.05 crores, indicating significant debt levels.
