- The company set up a unit for manufacturing synthetic woven fabrics at Balasore, Orissa.
- The company signed a Memorandum of Agreement with Rajasthan Petro Synthetics Ltd to manufacture crimped and air-texturised synthetic yarn.
1986
- The company's name was changed to Ceeta Polymers Ltd on August 12.
1991
- The main plant and machinery were procured indigenously and the first phase of the unit commenced production from February 15.

- The company diversified its activities by setting up a 100% E.O.U. granite unit for manufacturing granite tiles, slabs, and monuments.
- The company's name was changed to Ceeta Industries Ltd due to its diversified activities.
2008
- The company's securities were delisted from The Calcutta Stock Exchange Association Ltd with effect from March 25, 2008.
2022
- The company commenced commercial production of manufacturing ready to eat snacks at its factory in Sathyamangala, Tumkur, Karnataka.
