1998
- The Company became a deemed public company under section 43A of the Companies Act 1956.
1999
- The Company reverted back to the status of a private limited company.
2004
- The manufacturing facility of Celebrity Connections was taken over by the Company with effect from March 31, 2004.
- An application for the merger of group companies Celebrity Designs (India) Private Limited and Indian Terrain Clothing Private Limited was filed with the Honourable High Court of Madras.
2005
- The Company became a public limited company.
- The Company's name was changed to Celebrity Fashions Limited.
- Celebrity Fashions set the IPO price band at Rs 160-180.
2006
- Celebrity Fashions fixed the IPO price at Rs 180.
2009
- The Registered Office of the Company was shifted from 107 A, GST Road, Chrompet, Chennai-600044 to SDF IV & C2, third Main Road, MEPZ SEZ, Tambaram, Chennai-600045.
2011
- Mr. S Surya Narayanan was appointed as Managing Director of the Company.
2012
- Celebrity Fashions Ltd won the outstanding export performance award.
2013
- Mr. P. S. Raman was appointed as an Additional Director of the company.
