CG-VAK Software and Exports Limited has re-appointed Mr. G. Suresh as Managing Director & CEO for a three-year term starting September 1, 2025. Mr. Suresh, who holds DIN 00600906, is a founder and promoter of the company with over 35 years of experience in the IT industry. He has been associated with the company since 1994 and holds a B.E. (Mechanical) from Bangalore University and an MBA from Bharathiar University, Coimbatore. Mr. Suresh has promoted various business ventures including computer training and consumer goods trading. He is married to Mrs. S Latha, who serves as a Non-Executive Women Director at the company.
