CIAN Agro Industries Partners with Andhra Pradesh Medtech Zone for Medical Equipment Supply and Export

CIAN Agro Industries Infrastructure Ltd entered into a MoU with Andhra Pradesh Medtech Zone Limited to collaborate in supply and export of medical equipment and devices across India and international markets. Under the agreement, AMTZ authorized CAIIL to represent it for medical equipment, consumables, and services, with CAIIL handling quoting, negotiating, supplying, installation, training, and after-sales support for government and private organizations.

CIAN Agro Industries Reports Mixed Quarterly Performance with Revenue Growth but Profit Decline

CIAN Agro Industries Infrastructure Limited reported revenue from operations of Rs 8,425.07 lakhs for the quarter ended September 30, 2025, compared to Rs 7,478.18 lakhs in the previous quarter, but recorded a net loss of Rs 56.99 lakhs after tax versus a profit of Rs 221.18 lakhs in the corresponding quarter of the previous year. The company's Board approved the unaudited financial results on November 14, 2025, with the Agro Division generating Rs 3,473.56 lakhs in revenue while Healthcare and Infrastructure divisions contributed Rs 2,652.93 lakhs and Rs 1,733.17 lakhs respectively.

CIAN Agro Industries Acquires 100% Stake in Vyankatesh Engineers Contractors for Rs 5 Crore

CIAN Agro Industries Infrastructure Ltd announced the acquisition of 100% stake in Vyankatesh Engineers Contractors Private Limited, making it a wholly owned subsidiary. The cash consideration for the acquisition is Rs 5 crore. Vyankatesh Engineers, incorporated in 2010, operates in construction and infrastructure development business including civil, architectural, electrical and mechanical engineering services. The company has a paid-up share capital of Rs 5 crore and reported nil turnover for the financial year ended March 31, 2025, as well as for the last three financial years. The acquisition is aimed at expanding CIAN's infrastructure business and is expected to be completed within 30 days. The transaction is conducted at arm's length and does not fall under related party transactions.
